Motts Military Museum
A unique collection of military history dating back to the American Revolution.
This educational military museum features arms, uniforms, and first-person documents ranging from the American Revolution through the present day.
It is also home to extremely well-preserved weapons, uniforms, and documents, not to mention some incredible military vehicles, planes, and even a Higgins boat. The museum features several personalized exhibits that center around veterans from several wars, including an exhibit dedicated to the Tuskegee Airmen.
The museum features a special collection of medals and memorabilia owned by General Paul W. Tibbits JR, pilot of the Enola Gay B-29 “Superfortress.” Tibbits was a member of the museum’s advisory board. The museum is arranged chronologically in the order the wars took place.
Know Before You Go
The museum is open from Tuesday – Saturday: 9 am to 5 pm and on Sundays: 1 pm to 5 pm. Adult admission is $10.
