Know Before You Go
A small town in Illinois, incredibly proud of its Norwegian heritage. The town is even called Norway, IL, and has the Norsk Museum, tributes to its original settlers, and a gas station mini-mart called “The Norway Store” where you can fill up on gas, buy candy, and a bag of chips, and shop for Scandinavian gifts and goods.
The museum is open May to October, on Saturdays and Sundays, from 1-5 p.m.
