I have piloted a tuk-tuk across Northern India, commandeered camper vans through New Zealand and Australia, bus-tripped through South America, crossed a remote border between Guatemala and Honduras in the back of a pick-up truck, and driven a compact car across northern Patagonia, tracing the path of a total solar eclipse to find the best viewing spot.
