Emily Wasik

Emily is an Australian writer, editor and digital media strategist based in the two cities that never sleep, Berlin and NYC. (However, if Berlin and NYC were in a fistfight over the accolade “the city that never sleeps”, Berlin would probably win without so much of a blink). She has worked in industries from VICE Media to Guest of a Guest to digital agency KKLD to record labels to publishing houses - across three continents. She tells stories, fosters engagement and creates a heightened level of awareness about travel, urban culture, design and architecture from the rooftops of NYC to abandoned spy stations in Berlin to giraffe hotels in Kenya, and all the hotspots in between.
