I turn vegetables into lamps. From the time I plant the seed, it's about a year before I can put a bulb in. It's all about gourds... all gourds, all the time. Gourds gourds gourds. Ithaca is "gourdgeous", indeed! I was a midwife for a good long time, so some of my artwork has fertility (and contraception) themes. I make clocks and sperm banks and puppets and boxes out of gourds. FAQ: will they rot? No! Love to give tours... stop in some time!
